Dal Santo seems to be our player most favoured by the umpires in previous years so he maybe our best chance in arguably his best season for us.

There was a quick mention from Fev on last week's Footy Show that the umps had changed their voting this year to give key position players a chance, so i'll go for

Roo with 27

to tie with little Gaz.....

I don't know why but for some strange reason I don't think Ablett will win it....not by himself anyway! (maybe just wishful thinking )

When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!

My tip is Joey...

Would love to see the Len Dog win it. He would be more than deserving.

However I have put fifty on an Ablett/Riewoldt tie.

Ablett has been grand and is a proven vote magnet, but Riewoldt's efforts simply can't have been ignored.

I've given up trying to predict who is going to win the Brownlow.

I've seen quite a few journos tip Chris Judd to do well tonight, but I can't recall one Blues game in which I would have given him even 2 points, and I watched quite a few.

I reckon Riewoldt has been easily the best player in the AFL this season, followed at a distance by GA jnr, with Joey, Lenny, Dal, Selwood, Mackie, Hargreave, Jonathan Brown, Swan, Davis, Tippett, Gibbs, Stanton and others I'm sure I've forgotten riding further back in the peleton.

If I had to put my money on someone, I'd go for Jonathan Brown. He had a number of match-winning performances and not that many other star teammates to rob him of votes. Stanton would be my tip for a roughie who will get more votes than anyone expects (but not win).

But I'm sure I'll be wrong again.

Don't care who wins as long as we win Saturday. Team awards ahead of personal success.

But for what it is worth I think Black will win.

Everytime St.Kilda has finished on top of the ladder (1965, 1997) a Saint has won the Brownlow (Stewart, Harvey).

I don't think a Saint will win it, too many players would be sharing around the votes at different times of the season. Roo, Joey, SFisher, Lenny and Shneids may have picked up the majority.

Love our guys, don't want them to win. Too many commitments to distract from the job at hand. Ablett probably deserves it anyway, let him be distracted.

Little Gazza to finally take it out with one more vote than Swan. Riewoldt to be our top vote-getter a fair way behind the leaders. The two Nicks, Joey, BJ and Lenny to all be fairly even on votes.

Gardiner will get four votes.

Yeah nah pleasing positive
