I cannot believe the complaints about the free. IN the first half they knocked him over everytime he trie to run foward of the play.

It was the classic free and 50 meter penalty. They didn't pay one. As usual they let it go let it go and then pay one in the second half and everyone complains.

They should have paid the first one in the firstfive minutes and it would have put an end to it.

the only ridicilous thing about the free was that a supposed AA fullback would do a stupid thing AFTER being warned by an umpire that a free would be paid..........why would you do it?

imo the actual free kick was not worth it but the fact that the afl has brought in this new rule and they dogs defenders were doing it for the whole game was probably why it was given.
Anyway aker can whine and complain all he wants it wont change the fact that his team lost and we won.

if we lost this week, i'd have been crushed.

sadly our emotions are bound to the team we support, it is much more intense no doubt to the warriors out there doing it, its a lot lot more intense.

to lose by such a small margin is crushing, had we destroyed them by 10 goals it would ahve been a different emotion no doubt, dissapointment but to touch the grand final and have it ripped out from our fingers would been burning.

to the dogs out there who are complimentary of the saints, brave act, but they are hurting too.

having been a saints fan for so many years, i empathise with their pain.
