Jack Steven. That would be a huge call. But possible.
I would have thought that Geary would be the obvious one....
Kinda been trading spots with Eddy all year.
"Now the ball is loose, it gives St. Kilda a rough chance. Black. Good handpass. Voss. Schwarze now, the defender, can run and from a long way".....
He wasn't given much of a chance - made good position a number of times last night only to be ignored by his teammates. I am starting to think that there is some sort of team directive against giving the ball to Eddy.#1GILL wrote:Nah nah nah nah

Eddy's spot is under threat.
But only from Dempster, Armitage, Geary, Gwilt or Steven.
Not from Hudghton, Maguire, X Clarke, McEvoy, Begley or Robert Harvey.
Not from anyone who hasn't played all season.
Hudghton only comes under consideration if S Fisher, Gilbert or Dawson can't play.
McEvoy only comes under consideration if Gardiner, King, Riewoldt or Koschitzke can't play.
Grand Finals have to won, winning is not awarded as a charity because you have a sentimental case for your club or any player.

Agree. Jarryn played 15 games (all wins) and has more skill but is not as quick. I would have favoured him but it is too late now. Unless there is an injury, the team we have, the one that was set 4 weeks ago, will be the one to play GF day.bigred wrote:...I would have thought that Geary would be the obvious one....

I concur, its got to be Dempster, in fact I reckon Dempster would have been very handy last night, shown some composure as opposed to Gilbert/Gram.
