Brian Lake can now only dream of a premiership in 2009- dont mess with the best.....best captain, best CHF, best match winner in 2009. Best Brian Lake concerntrate on the ball next time!!!

Statistically we should have lost that game by 10 goals.

But all premiership teams have luck at some point - Sydney and Davis in 2005, Geelong and that escape in 2007 ...

Premiership teams also have the guts and determination ... we had it in bucket loads.

GO SAINTERS!

Malcolm Blight once told me "the only stat that matters is the two scores at the end of the game."

Enough said.

i was calm at the end of the 1st quarter - remembering 11 goals to 5 versus the pies after 1/4 time.

bit nervous in the last when they regained the lead.
