No. The SuperStar game was for readers to vote for their AA team (forwards first, etc) and to match that team against those teams picked by the "experts".
So, I think the obvious explanation is the one to go with.
Whether Mighty Mike rates Sam or not doesn't worry me as there isn't a day that goes by that i don't give thanks for having Sam Fisher at St. Kilda.
I feel the same with Rooey and his consistently consistent effort and commitment to the red, white and black.
These 2 bookends to glory are simply irreplaceable.
I can't think of any real equivilants in any other team for sheer effort and application in their vital roles @ either end of the oval.
Fisher is a ripper don't worry.
G O S A I N T S !
The boy can play and we can build a defence around him that will have respect.
what an idiot our against score was only 1401 and closest was about 300 400 more and surely Goddard over Maxwell and how Gilbert didnt get a spot was amazing Craig Bolton didnt even finish int the top 10 best and fairest for sydney and yet he gets a spot in the team

There, nice and balanced. Totally unbiased.
That's one hell of a team.
Oops one heaven of a team.

Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.
