Within 35m - Mini - he just nails them

Longer - Roo :D .

I really trust his set shot kicking when there is a degree of difficulty and distance lol. I think the moment got to him against the Dons. But I trust with second chance in the finals he would nail it.

Short distance: Schneider

Longer distance: Gwilt (if he's playing) or BJ.

Not Roo at any distance thank you very much.

Funny I was just thinking this very thought about 3 hours ago.

Mini is gathering a bit of a rep. Have you heard the commentators saying what a smart/clever player he is. Always gets a comment for his footy smarts.

I've never seen a bad St.Kilda player - that's just how they are.

40+ Kosi. Pretty accurate from that range.
Inside, anybody but Milne if it's after the siren. He'd probably play on and snap it around his body  :D

Yep.

Mini is a real set shot technician - very little can go wrong with the way he does it. That tight one from the pocket in the QF was a case in point. He knows how to kick straight and backs his ability to repeat technique so theres no need for check side nanas or Milneyisms or anything.

Same for Kosi re technique - really good long kicking action that takes full advantage of his long legs. Real pendulum thing going on. Kicks well through the ball. I do get the sense that if he kicks one early, he's on. If he hooks/pushes one, he's a 50/50 prospect for the rest of the day.

Dal's pretty handy, too.

On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. From 35, Mini or Schneids.

From just outside 50, I would actually back Roo. His stats show is actually a very reliable kick from just outside that range. I know after the round 20 incident (and I'm aware that was 35m), many would say "not Roo", but I would back him. Don't know why, maybe I feel he has unfinished business!

Nathan Burke, if it's within 35m. Deadly accurate.

Hilarious. And probably accurate! He was a dead eye dick from a set shot a few years back, if I remember rightly... not so much any more

Schneider or...

CJ (I would love to see a mongrel wobbly punt just float over the heads of the opposition backman for a memorable win)
