If we didn't register as a September Saint...
is it too late to register for any kind of GF ticket?
I am not social club, just a standard 16 game member.... is there anywhere that I can register for any type of unclaimed tickets, and if so where/when? or am I too late?
Apologies if this has been asked already.

If you have no luck Steph, this is the cheapest GF package that I have seen- through Port Adelaide at $800 per ticket.

No. It is too late. According to this thread this morning,
http://www.saintsational.com/forum/view ... hp?t=56235
it is now too late to register as a September Saint. Apparently what is happening from 4pm to 11pm , is those who did register can now go to Ticketmaster and pay $3.50 to register to go into a ballot for any unused Social Club Members tickets.
Other than that, it's one of the expensive packages offered by clubs, including St Kilda.

Total 100,000 (approx)

I dont meant to be rude steph...but do you get the emails and letters the club sent to all members about the "september saint" offer and GF Tix in general?steph wrote:so what was happening today up until 3pm? Who was able to register then?
And do u know about what aussierules asked? Is there any kind of general tickets that would involve camping out?
I have to say the Club have been pretty good at keeping everyone in the loop via website, emails and post.
As for AOK's question..no..tyhere are NO walk up seats or over the counter sales...as per this line from the website
YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO REGISTER BY TELEPHONE OR INTERNET - there will be no over the counter sales of Grand Final tickets.
Much as its all very nostalgic to line up for tix, its gone the way of lace up boots and standing in puddles of urine at the toilet at Moorabbin

I'm in no way having a go at the club, I have received letters, I just find the ticketing allocation quite complex, having to register in order to then register again, when SC members can register, when non-social club members register etc etc.... thought it'd be easier to ask on here to just get a straight answer.

I would have thought that it should come up as an invalid barcode. Perhaps someone who tries can let us know.
i just tried.... got the message that my barcode is "already retired"

Bad luck. But don't give up yet. Some tickets just might materialise, like they did for AFL members after they were"sold out" for last Sunday's match. And, sometimes things happen and people can't go. So watch the board - or take a ticket in the Lotto, win that, and shout us all to the GF!steph wrote:...i just tried.... got the message that my barcode is "already retired"

it said "retired", not "expired"..
i did try and use it prior to 4pm when i didn't realise that was just for SC members....not sure if that makes a difference.

I got the "retired" message after 4pm.....prior to 4pm it said "invalid". Either way, ticket's no good to me now having not registered as a September Saint.

'retired' or 'expired' similiar in this case - means it's no longer valid ... or usable by that system.
