Quite happy with Razor. He's consistent.

Not sure about the other two.

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Stevie Wonder, oops my mistake. I meant McLaren has got a final. Are they that hard up? What a farce. Shane Crawford said on TV on Sunday he was 100-1 to get a final after his performance on the weekend. Said the game has gone past him. It went past him 5 years ago Shane. He will cost some team a final for sure.

No 30 was the one who paid the "tiggy" to Port in the final quarter of PF in 2004 resulting in a gift goal, having ignored a few decapitations to Saints players throughout the game. Not that I remember these things! He remains a poor umpire in my view. Ray Chamberlain, despite some derisory media comments from idiots like Brian Taylor, is easily the best in the AFL and should be rewarded with a GF. Brett Rosebury is average, given to the occasional "crowd free", bad news when you are playing Collingwood, whose supporters yell "ball" as opposition players go though pre game drills.

I note that Mathew James has again been ignored by the panel. He is one of the most gifted umpires of the last ten years, but a victim of moronic media criticism - he bounced the ball too high - and an equally moronic approach by those who set the interpretations (mainly the umpiring department) to take 'common sense" out of umpiring. The best umpire we have ever seen, Brett Allen, who would not get a game now, was good because he paid frees that were "there" and ignored those that were not. Now, if you have fingernail in the back, the umpire has to pay it. Except that, some will always be missed. In the quest for consistency, we have sacrificed excellence.

"Another storied win in Robert Harvey's career. They say he is the embodiment of their motto of strength through loyalty, and on the day he became just the tenth man to play 350 league games the saints reward him with a seemingly impossible victory."

Rosebury was hands down the best umpire last season, haven't seen as much of him this year, but I'd imagine he's still as good.

Good to see we didn't get McLaren, he was terrible on the weekend.

McLaren should be rewarded with a holiday this September...he's been disgraceful of late. Hope I'm not forced to apologise for this statement.

Vozzo, 13, and 31 are the ones to avoid.

Vozzo has taken over from McLaren as the attention seeker of the comp. Loves paying frees when 100 metres from the play. Was shocking against Carlton.

They are umpiring Bunaloo v Bamawm Extension this week !!

NEW scarf signature (hopefully with correct spelling) will be here as soon as it arrives !!

Number 31. He didn't get a game in Round 22, being the emergency at the Adelaide v Carlton game.
