Does anyone have a photo of Pies away strip? I, in all honesty, have never seen them wear anything but the black and white strips.

We wore our home strip against them in the SF last year.
Sif we even clash with Collingwood.
People must be getting blinder by the year...seriously, did anyone think there were any clashes before a few years ago?
I think the only genuine ones are Saints - Dons, Dogs - Eagles and maybe Cats and Collingwood.

Collingwood's away strip is supposedly white with black stripes, as apposed to black with white stripes. Its ridiculous and looks barely any different but apparently its acceptable because its Collingwood. Also doesn't really change much in regards to a clash with our home strip.

Collingwood's AWAY strip is made by placing white wherever there is black and black wherever there is white.
3 black stripes and 5 white on the front instead of 5 black and 3 white.
Same on the back but the numbers are black on a white background instead of white on a black background.
The problem is that Collingwood does not have a genuine CLASH strip.
Until the gutless wonders at the AFL threaten Collingwood with massive fines and losss of premiership points, Collingwood will never have a clash strip.
AFL HQ threatened North with a $100,000 fine last year and a $250,000 fine this year to force North to forego their home strip.
Then the AFL told Collingwood they could wear their home strip rather than away strip.
How much did the AFL threaten to fine Collingwood for not having a clash strip. - absolutely NOTHING.
While we wait for Collingwood to come up with a genuine clash strip, Demetriou and Anderson should have their million dollar plus salaries divided by a million.

Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

I would suggest contacting ANDREW DEMETRIOU this week en masse and tell IT that the club should not wear anything but our home strip and that the members will not accept our corrupt bullying from the AFL if they want us to wear the away strip.SteveStevens66 wrote:I would suggest contacting the club this week en masse and tell them that the club should not wear anything but our home strip and that the members will not accept our kowtowing to the AFL if they want us to wear the away strip.

AND from the back of the top deck of the MCG both teams looked the same.bozza1980 wrote:We seem to have short memories.
Just under 12 months ago we played Collingwood in the finals we wore our tricolour with black shorts and Collingwood wore their white with black stripes jumper with white shorts.
I'd be suprised if it was any different this Sunday.
It is rather simple one team wears dark colours and the other light colours predominantly white.
It was a disgrace then and would be disgrace if it were to be repeated now.

who gives a fat rat's clacker?
i reckon we should wear the white strip we wore today, with white shorts, and they should wear their black strip with black shorts. the only reason i care one way or the other is that my eyes aren't what the once were and anything that can help me pick out the difference is good.
but apart from that who cares who wears their home strip?
