[SPOILERS] The Filth (C*llingw**d) and the Fury (Bulldogs)

Post: # 806480Post Sainternist »

With the 3rd spot up for grabs right now, who would you prefer the Saints to play in Qualifying Final next week?

I'm wanting the Bulldogs to steamroll the filth this evening. This way we can get a crack at the Filth, chunch their beaks and put their finals campaign into plight for heartbreak.

Much rather play Pies. Bulldogs have been impressive. Few injuries would be welcome.

Nice.

We didn't need to worry about their 'outs' last year, and we won't need to worry about them this year either.

Just hope its close and physical, and maybe see them beat each other up.
A suspension would be ok too.

After watching the first half I reckon I would prefer Collingwood.

Our Mids (with Lenny in of course) are better than theirs, Our Forwardline is too tall and we have the backs to cover their forwards.

Also with the Doggies running them around so much at the Dome it may be to our advantage. The Doggies are fitter I reckon and they may tire on that surface.

Am I right in thinking the margin is now right on the cusp for a third spot/fourth spot change...about 21 points?

Why???

We're the best team in the comp, why do we need injuries to opposition players to help us out?

Watching the Bullies and Pies score on AFL site.

Bullies need to add a further 8 points without Pies scoring to get to third.

Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

Because it makes it easier. Why make things harder on ourselves when we don't have to?

18 point margin, hardly any time left. Looks like we're playing the Bulldogs.

Great result. Dogs looked dangerous in the last. We will smash the Pies, smash them!

Good result for us. The Bulldogs are in really good form at the moment.
And if all falls as I hope, we could get them for either the Prelim or the GF.
And I'd be confident of beating them then. Not so much next week
But Collingwood - anywhere, anytime.
