then
"I'm accountable. Actions and consequences. Clearly the supporters will make their own judgments. I'll be judged on win-loss and effort. Supporters aren't dumb, they can see if their team's giving 100 per cent."
who is he talking about?
His concern is he hasn't been able to do a full pre-season. The surgeons say he's on track. We're still eight weeks away so I'm hopeful he'll be there for Round 1. I wouldn't say I'm 100 per cent confident he'll be there Round 1, but I'm confident he'll play a significant role this year
has this happened?
Well, it's not the perfect list. We had three guys who kicked 20-plus goals, you need five. The forward pressure was down.

"What else? Ruckmen. Went out and got a couple. The centre half-back (Matt Maguire) is coming back from a broken leg; a bit short in defence; a bit more run and pace would be nice. But maybe that's desire to do it, maybe that's not capacity, if you know what I mean. You can be slow and run and bounce. It's Jerry Rice game-speed. He was a (NFL) wide receiver but he wasn't as quick as some, he had game speed and brain speed."

Ps; I will post link soon :) have a think first

Ross Lyon interview
Mark Robinson | February 02, 2007 12:00am

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Lyon won't forget it. "All I know is when your good players play well, we coach a lot better."

That's the way it is.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>
AARON HAMILL'S KNEE:

"His concern is he hasn't been able to do a full pre-season. The surgeons say he's on track. We're still eight weeks away so I'm hopeful he'll be there for Round 1. I wouldn't say I'm 100 per cent confident he'll be there Round 1, but I'm confident he'll play a significant role this year."

THE OTHERS:

"Lenny's going really well, Raph is running this week, X Clarke's had his only pre-season five years, Lukey Ball's had a full pre-season, Matty Maguire has taken quantum leaps, he's joining in training. I'm shocked where he's at."
