"I heard Ball will be back in this week, and have a ripper finals series for the Saints..."
I am hoping he is back as supposedly he is fit again .
All the talk of RL trying to get Ball to change his current style to something different seems to undervalue his contribution to the in and under style he plays.
Possibly there is a compromise for both Ross and Ball , as possibly Ball cannot be the player Ross wants him to be , but I believe we need Ball to be in there with Lenny Hayes to exert midfield pressure. Ball possibly can get the ball out to a Montagna / Gram type .
We need Ball

Imagine the amount of players we'd have to get rid of to fit them all in.Stillwaiting wrote:Not sure we would be satisfied with thatcrackers35 wrote:Ross Lyon told me Ball for Ablett, Bartel, Chapman, Corey, Enright, Ling, Scarlett, Byrnes, Ottens, Blake, Mumford, Mooney, Varcoe and all of their draft picks
In case you're wondering why I didn't include Selwood it's because he's not actually that good considering most of his touches are free kicks.
