Why is that. have the club said it or you spoken to him?BringBackMadDog wrote:MG has hamstring soreness, should be right for finalsplugger66 wrote:The injury to MG is a worry at this time of year. Looks like Hayes, Ball and Big Ben in and that could be it for Armo and gwilt baring injury. As expected they are going with their best side possible because of the time of year.

The same question could be asked of your statement in earlier post.plugger66 wrote:Why is that. have the club said it or you spoken to him?BringBackMadDog wrote:MG has hamstring soreness, should be right for finalsplugger66 wrote:The injury to MG is a worry at this time of year. Mine statement is basically fact. Injury at this time of year is a worry. people then get on and say he will be right for finals or he is being rested. Does anyone know these statments or are they just making them up. i will go for making them up. We can only hope he will be right next week.chook23 wrote:The same question could be asked of your statement.plugger66 wrote:Why is that. have the club said it or you spoken to him?BringBackMadDog wrote:MG has hamstring soreness, should be right for finalsplugger66 wrote:The injury to MG is a worry at this time of year. Bartram, Jones, Wheatley, Dunn, Miller are some pretty good ins for a bunch of absolute tankers and the Dees forward line doesn't look like the shabbiest going around.
Barring any unforeseen outs, my guess is Robert Eddy, Jarryn Geary, Jack Steven to probably miss the cut.

Graceful, elusive, strong overhead and no Easybeat!

Jamar booted 5 goals playing forward last week

Re: offical team round 22
While they're like headless chooks much of the time the Dees can run and I agree, great opportunity for Geary & Steven to join in.JABBER wrote:I would like to see Geary and Steven have a run this week.

Can't see why we'd be faffing around with Eddy as an emergency and suspect he'll play.
I think Lyon is dead keen to have both Eddy and Dempster in the 22 for the finals. Others at the club are less keen on Eddy and are not totally convinced about Dempster. As I understand it, it is ultimately Lyon's call but he is required to consult with others.
I personally would prefer to see neither Eddy nor Dempster in a team to play the Dogs or Pies next week: IMO they are both too slow and don't do enough with the ball. But Lyon is the coach and the club has to back him.
Interesting times ahead.
