there's about 30 guys who deserve to be in the 22 on current form.

what a tragedy for st kilda, sadly we lack depth, can't play on big grounds, choke under pressure, and have too many passengers carried by the stars

sorry channeling geelong.

and I think we goaled while all that was happening
Hodge.

Probably thought Armo was taking the mickey out of him.

Did anyone see the blood coming from the back of Armo's head at the end of the match?

Scummy sniping Whorks.

If he wants to stay in the side he will have to bleed a bit more I would think.

I just saw the replay, Franklin and Osborne had him pinned down behind play about 5 minutes before full-time. It took an umpire yelling to get them off him.

You sure that wasn't the dual he had with hodge. I seem to remember they were scuffling and the umpire came in after that. There were two hawks on him there as well. He loves it. If you just watched the replay you would know but there must have been another one. I just love the fact he dished it up to hodge.

corkies would be treated with ice or a hands on approach maybe?? (i dunno)
maybe the bike can also be used to stop the acid build up IN corkies??
No, no and no (but at least you admitted you didn't actually know).

The bike is used to get the blood flowing again and free the bruised area up. If you ice the corky then it's game over and a hands on approach (eg massage) can be very painful and would exacerbate the bleeding too much (leading to a slower recovery). Lactic acid doesn't come into this situation at all, don't listen to Robert Walls when it comes to talk about injuries :) .
