Schneider for Five - Absolutely explosive first quarter and solid for the last three.

Four to Milney - Great four quarter effort and was also solid

Three to Raph Clarke - Only saw three quarters i'll admit but did not see him make one mistake and he did some great things. his best game EVER for the club. Has put his hand up over the last four or five weeks and really stuck it up some forumites!

Two to Big Mac - Extraordinarily good game up forward mainly. Pity he couldn't kick the goals and I think he needs to work on his kicking in general. But great game - took some wonderful marks!

One to Armo - Was brilliant in the middle two aquarters and put his hand up for place in the team, would ahte to see him dropped for whoever comes into the team.

Sorry to Ball (played well but made a few mistakes and kicking still a bit of an issue), Geary (good solid game), Mini (another brilliant game, really stepped up in the midfield), and good encouraging signs from Begley and Steven in their debuts!

Great team effort and another Well Done to the coach!

It's just getting progressively harder to pick I reckon.

The last few weeks have been amazing team efforts and I've wanted to put 10-12 into the top 5.

Absolutely rapt for the future on the performances of Armitage, McEvoy, and Steven. Comfortably beat a hated club (for me) like Hawthorn, maintain the streak, enhance the invincibility factor, and spoil us with some excitement through young kids. Fair day!

4. Clinton Jones
3. Stephen Milne
2. Raph Clarke
1. David Armitage (his best game for the Saints)

Back to really difficult to pick this week - Luke Ball (11 tackles) and Andrew McQualter (10) were just great. The back six were "the group" once again, and the rucks did it nicely.

Who would ever have thought that list would ever make up a St Kilda top 5?

Has to be room for Armo going forward.

Geez I'm loving my club today...

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

I have done the totals - shall I post them - or keep them quiet till the end of the year?
