Yes did enough but depends on who plays next week. Out of the guys who came in today i would expect Zac, MG, Armo, Ball and Steven to play next week. The rest may struggle.

Doubt he will be there next week. Didn't run the game out.

I'm pretty sure he had 22 possessions at the last break, which means he didn't touch the pill in the last quarter.

Not prepared to take the bad cookie into account. give him a break. he will play next week I would think. I would think his kicking is more of an issue than his fitness.

He copped a decent corky in the hip in the 3rd. They should be able to work that out of him during the week and get him right for next Sunday. Got a touch of the Joel Selwood's about him I reckon, or dare I say it the 2005 Luke Ball's.

Agree Jack looks the goods.

I'm not a huge Armo fan but what did he do wrong today. Nearly in the best 6 isnt a bad effort.

Loved Armo's game today, was tough, tackled like a madman & kicked the ball pretty well too.

It was great to see him get stuck into Hodge at one stage & not back down.

Really liked Steven's game too but Armo is my man for Eddy's spot.

He was riding the bike for a long time in the last quarter. Obviously that corkie affected him somewhat. He goes in hard, and will probs get hurt quite a bit...Hope we keep him in the side next week.

Armo uses the footy better than Ball but does that make him a better player...

How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?

Okay, he had a corky according to you, but all I'm saying is he had 22 possies at 3/4 time and at the end of the game he still had 22 possies.

Armo's tank is suspect and today did nothing to change that.

Lenny Hayes had 17 possies last year at quarter time in a game and didnt add to them because he was injured and so was Armo today. Had nothing to do with fitness. Give the guy a break.

Both Armo's and Bally's endurance tanks are suspect. Regardless they should both be in our top 22 IMO.

Geez you're a harsh marker. Are you saying injury is no excuse for not getting touches?

Lockett didn't get a kick after 1/4 time either. He must be a s*** truck.

Absolute gun, hard in and under and better skills than Ball!

Amazed he hasn't been playing all year and last year for that matter!

A+ for a guy getting an opportunity and taking it!

That's true.

But you don't necessarily have to be on the ground to get caught in possession.

Having in on the bench for the finals would be a big bonus and then he would not need to play out the entire game.

I now have Armitage ahead of Geary, Eddy, Gwilt and Begley.
I also have Steven marginally ahead of Geary and way ahead of Eddy Gwilt and Begley.
