DESPERADOS !!
That's how I would describe how the 22 who line up for us in Tassie tomorrow will feel. All 5 "outs", along with Gilbo are in our best 22. This means that NOBODY, repeat NOBODY will want to be included in our "Bottom 6" from this game. I'm thinking & hoping that this attitude (along with a bit of skill) will get us over the line !!
NEW scarf signature (hopefully with correct spelling) will be here as soon as it arrives !!

I hope so too. However, this must be the weakest midfield we've put on the field in the best part of a decade. Players like Jones, Geary and Gram are really going to have to stand up (I don't have much faith in Eddy, but I hope he proves me wrong this time).
But, if we do come out on top, how confident are we going to feel!!

f the weather is going to be as awful as predicted, I reckon Rob Eddy will be an important player. He is a rather well built lad who possesses great stamina. The ball will be on the deck a bit - so he along with Ball, McQualter and Jones could be a real problem for them. He simply must put in a good one - for he is cetainly one of the 6 that will make way for the return of our stars. I want to stand for something. I'm a loyal person and I think at the end of my career it will be great to look back and know that I'm a St Kilda person for life.

I think it's a good sign for the club that 5 of our best 22 can go out to be replaced by 3 of our best 22.
From the sounds of the conditions the game will be played in we need the ball to just get in our forward line and providing Gardiner and Kosi throw their weight around and our forward pressure is good we should be able to manage 10 or 12 goals which could be enough down there.
Looking forward to being down there for Jack's debut.

I count about 12 in this week's side as guaranteed starters. Hawks have been playing for their finals chances for weeks now. I don't think they have 4 quarters of footy in them.

Most definately winnable.
Will take a very solid defensive effort to choke the life out of Hawthorn.
Buddy is Max's bitch. Full stop. But if our mids cant stop delivery, we may struggle. The Cougar is a better match up for Roughead imo..but whatever.
They can win this. Gotta be efficient with the pill is all.
