I recall last year the club e-mailed me and told me that their records indicated that I've been a member since 2005, and asked if that was correct. I e-mailed them and told them it was more like 1997. I thought mine was a one off error, until my best mate, who's been a member since 1988, was told that he had been a member since 2004.
Has the computers at the club crashed and deleted membership records since 2004 and they are relying on ppl's word of how long they have been a member?

That would make them life members and i am not sure you should be a life member just because you support a club.woody wrote:Btw I reckon 50 year plus members should get free membership for life or at least guaranteed grandfinal tickets when the Saints make it. That would really add some weight to the Recognition Program.

Since St Kilda started playing at Waverley Park, many members have preferred to sit.OdieCalodie wrote:Congratulations. This is a really nice recognition for the long standing members.
It is much easy to see over the head and shoulders of the guy in front when everyone is sitting.
Will there ever be a roll for short sitting members.

When I was a young child, I knew that I knew so much about so much.
Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.
