if we want to prove we r a good team then we need to show other teams what we are made of so that they can think the same of us as they do of geelong.

That good enough for ya saintspremiers?
We eased off a bit in the last quarter as you can see.
i would not be happy with that sorry. should drop the whole back line if that happened
"Another storied win in Robert Harvey's career. They say he is the embodiment of their motto of strength through loyalty, and on the day he became just the tenth man to play 350 league games the saints reward him with a seemingly impossible victory."

I agree with both parties. A grinding, boring win would definitely suffice and would leave me with a big smile on my face. Getting in, doing the job and getting out of shitney with no injuries is THE single most important thing.
HOWEVER, Prelim 2005. One of the first big finals matches I can remember. (big gap between 04 and 05 for someone my age, seriously). I just remember the tears flowing as Schneider kicked that goal. God I would love for a hundred point smashing. But I do recognize that they won the premiership that year and therefore have already had the last laugh. Maybe we can meet them in a Prelim soon
Oh wait, they aren't that good anymore.
In any case, to sum up, no injuries and a smashing for mine.

What he said.aussierules0k wrote:I remember a time when we were something like 6 goals down v the swine at 3/4 time at the SCG. They annouced over the PA.. and scoreboard... "Another one bites the dust"
... and we beat them. Aussie Jones put one thru with 3 centimeters spare on the goal line... "S P E C I A L"
HOWEVER... the swine officials played the swines song... evidently just a c**k up... .... some one from the Paddington end.
Smash em, and never stop smashing them, even if they are red and white all over, just keep smashing them. It's a shame Hairy Ball wont be playing.
Vindictive AOK... bloody oath.
Also, it's an important part of project indoctrination. Two junior cowboys are pretty much saints tragics now and the smallest is well on the way.
Better be some action in front of Bay 2 tomorrow night!
