Shocked? It's a joke, but worth taking to the Appeals Board which can look at any evidence, including past incidents. Remember, this was the Tribunal.

could be corrected but despite earlier in the year where they did seem to let a few off at tribunal

recently there have been several who have gone in and come out with full penalty.
