Did anyone catch this tidbit in The Australian?
http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/st ... 32,00.htmlLyon has promised Maguire he will reach his 100-game milestone during this season's home-and-away series.

Did he then say he intends to send him out to stud to produce a line of junior Goose's that we can snffle under the father son rule?InkerSaint wrote:Did anyone catch this tidbit in The Australian?

If that's the case and he sticks to his word, you'd think this would probably be the week then. After all, he's the one who's kicked the biggest bags of goals for us in the VFL this year, so it's hardly a stretch to suggest him. Especially with Brian Lake there.InkerSaint wrote:Did anyone catch this tidbit in The Australian?

If he plays, he'll hopefully remind everyone, who's forgotten, of his ability. He wasn't kicking ass in a key-position at the age of 21 because he was no good! Very few do anywhere near that well in a key posi that young. (From memory, Sam Fisher had played 1 game by the year he turned 22 and Zac is already 23).
With the amount of times he put his health and safety on the line for this club (on top of doing so well), it stuns me how many seem to be violently opposed to seeing him again. You'd think he'd slept with your wives or something.
YOU GET WHAT YOU SETTLE FOR.
