Well, they responded to a statement that wasn't made. The statement was that the only way to get a RESERVED SEAT was to become a Hawthorn Member.
This from the Hawthorn FC site:
Hawthorn reserved seating membership remains the only way to guarantee a reserved seat at Aurora Stadium. With Tasmanian membership swelling to over 7200 you can be part of the brown and gold family in Tasmania
Some fantastic seats remain on Eade Wing (Eastern Stand) and Pritchard Pocket (Southern Stand) with seasonal adult seats starting from $100. Hawks Direct payment option is also available with memberships from $9* per month.
