From Perth: Is there an open training session this week??

Post: # 771201Post reece_23 »

Hey guys!
I got tickets to the game this sunday and was just
wondering if anyone knew if there was an open training session in perth?

Or does anyone know when they fly over? Flight times etc.

Was hoping to meet the players/photo/signatures...

Thanks guy

Can someone confirm this? Surely they'll have a run on Subiaco Oval on the Saturday?

Because it is Perth...

There are too many drugs there so would rather keep them away from the public

Are you sure? I would doubt that very much. Havent trained a day before a game all year and train at noon on friday. Doubt they will train 2 days in a row.

thats what they did last year for the freo game what was a sunday afternoon game.
i know they leave some time friday arvo, and i know they are on the qantas 7.30 flight home sunday.
if you are planing on getting to the airport to go see them, there is more of a chance you will get photos etc with all the players if you go sunday night, last year they got to the airport at about 6.50 and just sat down and did nothing until they could board about 20 mins later.

CLOSED training session at Subi? Why? Doesn't the West Coast coach's office have a fantastic view of the entire ground? !!

Finally :D :D :D only 1 more sleep to go until the Wodonga crew hit the big smoke of Perth

We have booked for the function and look forward to catching up with the Western Saints crew and the big fella, Fraser, also from Wodonga 8-)

Loris I have your number still and I might call you sometime before Sunday.

If any other travelers (or locals) would like to catch up Friday or Saturday, drop me a PM before 8.30am Thursday or alternatively, go to http://www.saints.com.au/interstate/cou ... fault.aspx and look under Albury/Wodonga for my number .......

I don't underestimate how drained you can feel after travelling to and from Perth, I used to travel often for work and it can really throw you. I have heard some players now choose to stay in Perth for the night and have a good rest, and then fly back the next day....

If not see you at the function....Saintbrat is also coming over and will be at the function as well. We will have a good singalong on the double decker buses on the way to Subi......can't you hear us sopranos "Oh when the Saints go marching in......"

Let's make Subi rock with Saints noise this weekend :P :P :P

If you want autograph you can hang around the change room exit where they get on the bus.. generally after a game there are heaps of supporters around there.
