2009 SPONSORSHIP - Final Allocations and Payments

Any news on sponsoring Schneider...I'm happy to contribute...

OK, I've heard back from the Club

Schneider has attracted a sponsor but if we want to we can become an additional sponsor for him.

BUT

Mini is still unsponsored and if it came to a choice between becoming an additional sponsor for Scheids as against a 'sole sponsor' for Mini my vote would be for Mini.

Cost - $1500 but the CLub are prepared to throw in either an extra B&F ticket or 3 additional Match Day Experience tickets in lieu of the pre-season launch.

That would make the prizes attached to his sponosrship:-

1 x framed memorabilia
2 x Match Day Experience tickets
2 x B&F tickets

plus either
3 x Match Day Experience tickets
1 x B&F ticket.

Asa key forward...Roo2 was always agood number to have....but the Saints only being 3 points was a surprise...but then again we have been slow ouf the blocks of late.

Good Afternoon to all of our Player Sponsors,

I hope this email finds you all well and you’re enjoying the Saint’s fantastic start to the season. The weekend’s hard fought win against the Cats puts us a game clear in 1st and sets us up for a great crack at September. We hope this good form can continue deep into the finals series.

This email is a quick update as to the upcoming events on the Player Sponsorship calendar that you need to be made aware of:

Player Sponsor’s Match-day Experience

Rd 16 – Sunday July 19th – St Kilda v Adelaide @ Etihad Stadium

As part of part of your package, you are entitled to 2 tickets per sponsorship to attend the match in the Robert Harvey Room on Level 2 at Etihad Stadium. The tickets include a premium Level 2 seat, roast carvery buffet meal, access to the Robert Harvey Room’s pre-match function and also the chance to win great prizes.

If you wish to bring additional guests along, limited numbers of additional passes are available at $90 per Adult and $30 per child (under 15).

Thanks to all of you who have already RSVP’d for this event already. For those that haven’t, please confirm your attendance at this event by 3:00pm on Friday July 10th. If you don’t RSVP by this date, we cannot guarantee the availability of your tickets to this event.


Framed Memorabilia Piece

Part of your Player Sponsorship also includes you personalized, framed memorabilia piece. These are currently in production and will be ready in time for the Rd 16 Player Sponsor’s match-day event.

If you would like to have your memorabilia piece brought to the event for your collection, please let me know and I’ll have this arranged. Otherwise they will be available for collection from Linen House Oval, Moorabbin from Monday July 20th . If you would like to make other arrangements for collection, again please contact me.


2009 JELD-WEN St Kilda Football Club Best & Fairest

Saturday October 3rd – The Peninsula, Docklands

As part of part of your package, you are entitled to 2 tickets per sponsorship to attend arguably the biggest event in the St Kilda calendar – the annual Best & Fairest dinner. As a Player Sponsor, you are able to purchase additional tickets to this event at a cost of $250 per head.

This event was a sell-out last year and there is also a massive amount of interest in this already. We require your final numbers (including additional tickets required) by 3:00pm Tuesday July 14th. Please refer to the attached forms (B&F Letter and additional booking form) for more information on booking your seats.


That’s about it from me – it’s been a fantastic season so far and it’s been great to have all of you involved in what is a very important program for the football club. If you need to discuss any of the above information in more detail, please don’t hesitate to contact me here at the club.
