WOW, I am surprised

Though if Gwilts an emergency, he may come in for Milne?

Our structure seems abit out of whack now.

I can see Goddard playing more time in the forward line in place of Gwilt, as Gilbert fills his spot in defence.

Jimmy is a bit stiff but we needed Milne in the forwards.

Gards and Sammy pick themselves, unfortunately Raph has blown it.

A very near strength team. Mabye Kingy for Big Mac but it could be argued that Mac may give a bit more.

Really - the strongest team we have fielded all year.

Lance or James??

I would love to see that, yet Goddard seems our most likely option to play that role, as he has done it successfully a few times already.

Who knows what tricks Rossy has up his sleave though... will be interesting.

Ha. For once I picked it!

I think selection speaks of Carlton's defensive deficiencies more than Gwilt's form.

I like it.

Direct path to goal, two quick crafty crumbers. Goddard forward as needed.

UNSTOPPABLE!

Whats wrong with Baker?

cj will tag Judd, bakes will smash that outside receiver Stevens, and Joey, Lenny and Luke Ball will scare the bejesus out of Murphy and Squibbs. :D :D

Happy with that team, but you have to feel for Armitage, how many times has he been named an emergency this year?

I actually rate the Joseph kid, who do we think he will get? He has done a good job on the likes of Ablett, maybe Dal? Also Kade Simpson has been in good form, and is one to watch if we heavily tag the usual suspects...

yes agreed. Was very happy to see him selected. Am hoping against hope he is fit enough to play.

Absolute hopeless hack.

Austin, Fisher or robinson would be better for the Blues.

Keep your fingers crossed that Thornton is playing.

Oh please God - let it happen.

Their backline is very suss. Armfield does ok as a tagger though, which is another reason why it's great to have Milney back - frees up a mid.
If we can dominate in the midfield they don't stand a chance. It will be a matter of who can break the tags.

Gwilt is stiff, but the selection confirms Ross' desire not to upset team balance.
Gardy for Kingy and Gilbo for Raph were fairly obvious and Milney if fit is a walk up start. So someone had to go. Looks like they went with dropping another forward rather than stuffing around with the back 6 who have served us so well this year. Gilbo to slot straight back into the back 6 for BJ in the side as selected and BJ to play as an on baller might be the go.
