Kosi kicking 6 his best return,in the past we had the Pluggers,Dunstalls,Abletts,Mckenna etc kicking 6 8 10 12 on a regular basis, now days Fev ,Buddy may get 6 8 now and then.question is is it the way game is played now, flooding back.More spread of goal kickers,or the key forwards arent what they used to be.We hear a lot about better skills re better delivery etc but dont seem to see the big bags
Living in the past or just a phase the game is going through ?

Re: Big Bags ?
lockett would be as devastating now as he was back then, perhaps more so, given that many more games are played indoors and away from the wind and rain.
the new rules would also help him. SOS would have been pinged every time the ball went down there (sorry SOS). that said, he would have had to pull his head in a bit or face more time suspended.
buddy kicked 117 last season and fev nearly got 100, so i think it is premature to write off the traditional full forward.

the big man will always and forever have a say in the game.
riewoldt is an absolute gun but kosi is HUGE!
big bags only come when you can take the mark and kick the goal however and that has been the best thing with kosi this year - the improvement with his kicking.
