Just curious as to how you obtained the dates social club tickets become available for future reference....Is it through the ticketmaster site or through your contacts.saint66au wrote:Just been informed by ES that the Geelong game is, as anticipated, all-ticket

If I have read the news correctly...tickets are released to everyone at the same time.
You would think that they would give Saint's Members a head start....though one would hope that they would hold back at least initially enough seats for all Saints Members.
You would think it beoing "our" home game that members would get some advantages... vs ES self interest to just sell to anyone.

yes it wold be great to give the Saints members a head start..but its never been done like that in the past and I cant see it happening anytime soon. More incentive to buy a reserved seat I guess

just checked TM website and it still says tickets go on sale Saturday 6/6/09 at 9am.
I will be informing my group to try to book from Friday 5/6 and hope they don't lynch me for proving incorrect info. I guess we will all know about 9.05am Friday.
I'm a bit disappointed the member's email today did not carry any further information about the Geelong game, only that it was staying at ES.

Shame they can't send an email on Monday when it was official.
Typical slow response from our club!

Question ??
I want to purchase 6 GA Level 3 StK member tickets tomorrow.
But I want some say in where they are, preferably near the wing and not too far back.
Am I better to
1) do it on the net and keep trying till I get some seats not in the back row
2) ring them up and do it over the phone
3) go and visit them in person to select
Which is the best option, and do they all cost the same ?
Thanks in advance.

The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.
They can even WATCH LIVE FOOTY!

I have generally found that if you have a specific area in mind it's best to go an ooutlet and get them to do the hunting- they can see all that is available and maybe you can even choose over two rows- which mean you are more of a group_Enrico_Misso wrote:Question ??

by phone- again be aware of aisle- bay areas so you can ask them...
if you do on line be a little aware of where you want to be and keep trying- But have an idea of how they open up the stadium- bay by bay..
good luck

Does it cost the same via the three methods?
I'd also like to know so I can advise people who are asking.
I do know that they do open up seating on level 1 bay/ aisle by aisle and although they may say nothing left they generally always leave a bay/aisle to be sold the week of the game.
