Brennan would have to be the luckiest footballer as he takes everyone on gets caught but hardly ever gives a free kick away when caught.

Looking at the stats - 61 tackles to Brisbane's 85. First time this year we've been beaten on the tackle count.

We finally woke up from our slumber lets hope we can carry it into next week

Monty was enormous and is having a sensational year

Great to see we were able to step up when under pressure

Well done fellas - 9 and zip and still top of the ladder

npt so good to see us play slack footy for 2 quarters and rely on our stars to get us over the line when it mattered

still, u're right. Good to see that we didn't roll over completely

It would be easy to criticise but the win showed character today, we had players down, we looked flat but the players found that inner strength to pull off what looked like an unlikely win when Brisbane got in front and had been playing better. It was a show of what we had hoped for from this group hardness, self belief and a willingness to not give up to the final siren.

I will admit I thought we were gone in the last qtr but was proud of the extra effort that got us there including some who had been been way down.
