Treason Unacceptable

Post: # 738999Post ace »

I have to report my disgust with some so called St Kilda supporters.
They have engaged in Super Coach competitons and betting on elements of the match such as first goal, how many goals etc.

These persons have then been willing some of our players to miss goals or encouraging opposition players to enhance their super coach scores.

This TREASON is not acceptable.

Persons found engaging in this behaviour should be aware that treason is a capital offence and it is a long drop from the 2nd and 3rd levels of Jihad stadium.

This has really annoyed me for about 5 years now.

When ever I'd go to the footy with one mate he'd want Pavlich to kick 10 goals for his DT or he'd want Swan to get 30 touches... very very frustrating, I am a DT fanatic but as soon as the siren for St Kilda's game goes I forget all about it... until we get about 50 points up

Even still I only want our players to rack up the stats...

Easily solved. Stack your team with as many Saints players as possible, like I have :)

I agree.

Not only am I scoring heavily, but the most enjoyable part of the game is when they continually chip it around to each other in the backline. 8-)

DT and SC should be about making neutral matches more interesting. St.Kilda is so much more important than fantsay games.

And in terms of betting, I couldn't bring myself to bet against St.Kilda.

Yep, having Zac, Goddard, Gilbert and Fisher sure makes the tempo footy in the last quarter a lot more enjoyable.

You could actually have a half decent backline or midfield this year with nothing but Saints:

Backs:

Goddard
S. Fisher
Gram
Gilbert
Gwilt/Blake
Geary
Dawson

Mids:

Dal Santo
Montagna
Hayes
Ball
Ray
Baker/McQualter

Not that I expect anyone has either. Not many people have Hayes or Joey at all.

Yeah nah pleasing positive

"Jihad Stadium" - brilliant!

Nothing like a bit of old fashioned racism to brighten the day.

Keep up the good work!!

I have both 8-) Captain and vice captain this week. Also have BJ and Kosi. My mid field and backline are killing it. Rucks a real struggle though. Mc Intosh consistant but cant get a second ruckman to stay on the paddock longer than a week before injury  . Its a curse to be my second ruck so far.

Maybe this year?

it was noticed that at the cheersquad end there was a fair bit of negativity in a game that was always under control.

c'mon people.
lets pull together.
we lead all night against a reasonable team.

Treason?

Post: # 740724Post Pazza »

Could this be considered as treason?

Saints supporter sitting between Essendon cheer squad and the blokes in standing room at southern end last night.

Essendon fans standing say "we've won 16 premierships"

Saints fan's reply: "we've got 1964 to look back on"

You can imagine the reaction. That's pretty embarrassing.
