"It is very Stevie Baker. Older and wiser in life and football after a decade in the game . . . yet still with that hint of mad man lurking just below the surface." ..... :)

Gotta love the bakes man!

When he began his footy under Timmy Watson I never thought he'd get to 50 games! He proved me and many others wrong!

highlight the website address, right click and select copy. left click onto the reply, right click, select paste and it will hopefully relocate :D

baker is so underated, he reads the ball very well and competes extremely well. Struggles when put up against a marking small but a great clubman and AFL fooballer

Absolute Saint Legend!!!

I was a bit disconcerted with posts last year when asking about his status and many here wrote him off and put that he was finished.
Am so glad he's back and I wouldnt mind saying that the tackling intensity we now have amongst our list is a lot about players stepping up to Bakes' approach and intensity.

His appearances in the Victory Room, talking about how he was going to "fix up" Gary Ablett were gold. It's great having a real character of his cut in the side.
