Personally mentioned to him that I thought his game last night was 'wicked' at the Social Club victory room.

On a different level - The bloke speaks extremely well, very articulate with his interview with Bruce Eva.....Old man is a race caller so must have inherited the gift of the gab....

Also, Zac Dawson is still the same after watching him get interviewed after the Calder Cannons premiership way back in 2003 (i think).....Very very relaxed - But plays his football in an entirely different demeanor.....very serious and focused when on the ground. Just intrigued by how off field personalities are amplified, exaggerated or completely opposite than those on field.
interesting you mentioned both cause gardiner was one of the players who really embraced zac when he came to the club and you can tell on field that both are good mates.

The whipsers are that Gardi improvemnet has a lot to do with between his ears... and he seems to have his swagger back.

The lid is off after Round 2! Enjoy the journey, coz you just don't know where we'll end up. Live for today and seize the moment.

Nice to see Gardiner playing well. There will be times where he is getting beaten and King will be our dominant ruck - or we can swing Kosi in for a few minutes - like we did last night with Gardiner going forward.

Really nice to have a solid and flexible ruck combo at the club and having McEvoy in the wings also helps.

Lance or James??

There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

Good point re McEvoy....the added benefit of Gardiner/King is obviously McEvoy gets to DEVELOP (word not used in recent saints years) without the added pressure of having to be No1 ruck in year 2.

By the time Gardiner/King are done Macca should be right on the money.

Loved the look of sheer hatred on his face before his first ruck contest. Brings a different sort of aggro to the team.
