and yet the media wonder why they get that response when they seem to twist big stories out of either rumours or out of context words.

Problem is that both the clubs and the mediaare as bad as each other and it's only the public that cops the bad end of it.

Everyone knew what really happened with shaw, the problem was collingwood came out and defended their guy before the investigation was completed.In the end it blew up in their faces. Was worse causeof their earlier treatment of didak

i seem to recall mid last season that Ross Lyon had requested a media ban (outside of essential needs/work) on all players and club staff and the board decided to support RL.

IMO it's simple. You just delegate savvy performers to the right roles.
For example, Nathan Burke nd Andrew Thompson should do all the media work on behalf of the board and not Westaway (who i belive is doing a good job but is uncomfortable speaking in public)

Pick some1 to represent the players and pick some1 to represent the coaches

let them do all the work they want
