PRIZE DRAW FOR SAINTSATIONAL PLAYER SPONSORS

The Sponsors raffle will be in two parts.

Part A for this pre-season prize.

Part B at the first game for remaining "prizes".


One share = one chance of winning.
For the first part I have removed the posters above.

I have devised a system where I will ask 4 forumites to nominate a number which will = a winning ticket number.

As time is short I will ask 4 random forumites who are regular posters so that we get a quick response. There is till 6pm Saturday a time limit for response which if not reached will then cause another supplemenatary poster to be asked. Failing this if I still do not have 4 qualifying numbers I will in order add 35 to the lowest number given, then deduct 24 from the highest, add 135 to the lowest.

For the raffle we have 291 live tickets as:

excluded themselves from the draw for this first (timewise) prize.

I have assigned all of our sponsors a ticket number with one number per share.

This has been down in a randomised way and I will email to a Mod the Key to this prior to winning numbers being nominated to ensure that the draw is completely impartial and fair.

For this draw I will ask 4 Forum Members to choose a number between 1 and 291.
Each number selected wins one of the 4 prizes as arranged by Mr Magic for the Saintsational Player Sponsorship.

FOR VALID NUMBERS:

Each number can only be used once.
I would also ask that all numbers nominated be at least 20 different from any previous number already chosen as this should ensure that we gain 4 different winners.

Note: that as per Mr Magic’s wishes he is in the draw equally with all others. If he wins it will be purely by chance.

I want as per what is in the OP...the 4 forum members nominated to nominatea number...plus the back ups.

I have done it this way to make the process transparent and to remove any concerns that I may have "rigged" the draw.

Speed was also an issue as the prize needs to be claimed soon.
Hence why there is nota public draw.

As per the OP.

One share = one chance of winning. Therefore those with more than one share have better odds of winning.

Only those with shares can win.

The numbers picked relate to the the total number of share.
There were 310 shares, but this dropped with a number of shareholders opting out of this draw.



In addition the 4 winning ticketrs will have those shares removed from the next draw.
ie oncea ticket is drawn...it cannot go back into the pot.

Sorry, I think you have misunderstood the intent of the OP.

I have ask 8 selected Forum members to pick a number, and 4 only. The 8 were named in the OP.

There is a prime 4...and thena back up 4.

I have deliberately chosen forum members that I have never met (apart from posting here).

I also chose members that post frequently as we needed a quick result.
