Think long and hard about a tatt young ralphysaints35.
It might look good whilst you are young and your skin is taught & firm. Have a look at tatts on older people, especially if they have been individuals who have been exposed to the elments a fair bit. Wrinkly, leathery skin with faded old tatts on them IMHO look bl@@dy awful......... even worse when the skin starts to get thoses livery age spots in amongst the tatt....YUK they are gruesome then.
Hey what else would you expect me to say........ I was born in 1944!!!!!
If you get one don't go too, too large young man

The only tatt I would get is like a band on your upper arm. Or maybe a Southern Cross on my shoulder blade (fk yeah bogan ftw!)
Even when you're old it's not gonna look that bad.
Some of my mates are getting/have rather large tatts. And you just know they're not gonna look real great in 50 years. Oh well, they're the kind of kids that aren't really gonna give a crap...if they're still alive.

Go for it Ralphysaints35. All of those people who tell us they'll look shocking in later life are missing the point (and are just envious of your youth). Inking is about the moment, the phase of your life when it's most meaningful. If you like the look of it and it MEANS something to you, then go for it. Personally, I think it looks sensational. Anyway, you're going to get at least 30 years out of it before you "wrinkle up". By that stage, medical science will have found a way to remove it painlessly, if that's what you want. I've got three tattoos, had them for 15 years and still love them. Good luck son!

Continue to enjoy life...............open yourself to all experiences young ralphy. The more you grow as a person the more enjoyable life becomes IMO. I just didn't need tatts to fulfill me in my life journey so far....maybe I've missed out on a unique experience, who knows.
Then again come to think of it . I didn't need to resort to the artifical inking of myself to make a statement in my youth. I'm a 'ranga' (or was before the greying set in!!) and I'm NATURALLY tatooed....... its called freckles. Every summer when the sun starts kissing my body all my natural tatts come out in force

Medical statisitics indicate that the WORST thing you can do to lower your life expectancy is to get a tattoo.
It is not the tattoo that lowers your life expectancy but the lifestyle and attitudes of people who get tattoos.
