WE ARE NOT PLAYING AT GOSHES PADDOCK ANY MORE!WE HAVE BEEN TOLD ITS A NO, AND THE COUNCIL WILL BE THERE TO STOP US!
Joffa and the club have arranged for us to get Victoria Park for the day.
its either there or no where guys.
NO PUBLIC OVAL WILL ALLOW A GAME LIKE THIS TO BE PLAYED ON AT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR. not even if we are offering all the money in the world.
we have been offered Vic Park so i reckon take it!

the game will still be at 2pm but at Victoria Park in Collingwood.

they shouldn't have asked permission for Gosh's Park.....they would always say no. You just rock up and play. Stupid blood sucking parasite councils and the bulls*** public liability insurance curse.

im really sorry guys, but i dont think they asked. i think a staff member read it on the site, one of the people that looks around the site daily for trouble.
we are stuck here.

transport would be the jolimont line, get off at collingwood/vicpark

glenferrie is off limits to the public due to high safety risk.

We'd have 25 injuries if we played there.

Epping and Eltham/Hurstbridge lines will get people out to vic park.

If anyone lives inbetween Montrose and there, and is concerned about getting to/from the game I may be able to help.
Probably just get the train in though.

Anyone know what parking is like?

ps Harvs Disciple, shotgun the long sleeve 8 I had last time!

Umm...didnt an "alleged" council person come on here once before and threaten all manner of punishments if you guys played on goschs paddock...but you called his bluff and played anyway and all was OK

So Dools did he contact Joffa/pies ppl...or did someone at collingwood get cold feet and ask permission?

their forum site is owned by the club i think. there are staff at the pies that partoll it, i think they saw we were going to use Goshs and gave Joffa a call straight away, and have been kind enough to open the doors of Vic Park instead.



the pies have got a cooler for the drinks we bring/meat plus they are bringing a bbq. they have aggreed to make a gold coin donation if they attend in any way, and also gold coin donation for a snack afterwards

I used to be with it, but then they changed what "it" was. Now, what I'm with isn't it, and what's "it" seems weird and scary to me.

When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!
