Just wondering ... if a NAB CUp match was played in Melb this a'noon would they call it off with temps over 46 degrees? Or for that matter say it was a home and away game (highly unlikely to be 46 in March I know).
Haven't had a game cancelled since 1963 so wondering what it would take to pull the pin.
PS No truth to the rumour that Saints are hiring Christian Bale as a motivation coach!
Would NAB game be called off IF .... and Mr Bale

"Another storied win in Robert Harvey's career. They say he is the embodiment of their motto of strength through loyalty, and on the day he became just the tenth man to play 350 league games the saints reward him with a seemingly impossible victory."

It would have to postponed or cancelled. We had athletics cancelled and the longest race scheduled in the meet was 5000m..... and then if midfielders were to run say 10-13km in a game think of the consequences.
Think about it, your bodys core temperature is 37, why would you put your body through 46 degree heat when theres not much in the way of the body being able to cool itself.
