500 Members in 2 weeks...not good..most of the rollovers have stopped now Id say

ok so after two and a half months i finally got my Interstate membership package....

the scarf had a brown line/stain across it, the stickers were creased to buggery, the tea towel look like it had been printed by my cats, and a shopping bag????.

but who cares.....i had a 20 minute dvd of The Great One, which made my eyes slightly leak and pumped me up for this year.

Don't know mate, mine is via monthly deduction X 3 with reserved seats.

30K would only be the bare minimum, and it dosent look like we will get there.

The L2 fiasco will hurt us, maybe more so in the long term.

Yep i thought i heard that! I just only saw SC put that as there total so i thought it was wiser to underestimate than overestimate and get hopes up!

Went to the club today and the membership counter was the same as SC so maybe they havent changed it to the latest figure of over 22,000.

must have added a few from Qld- thats a better increase

Tiger ( one of the similiar teams as far as membership ) was at 25,000 before their family day..

keep at those someday supporters .

So how is the membership going with Archies new cashed up mates?

Some L2 non Social Club members were not informed or at the very least were given little or no chance to arrange suitable arrangements to the people they have sat next to for years, and in many cases have no means of communicating with them at all.

They just sat there and chatted and never bothered about getting personal about contact numbers...

And now with little warning they face the prospect of maybe not seeing them again.

This, I feel is the basis of JB complaint, with the fact that if wanted the same seat he had to fork out an extra $125.

To me this is the only issue I have ever had a beef with Archie, and it is a biggie

The total on display at the Reception Desk this morning was just under 23,000 (I cannot recall teh exact figure). Total was as of last night.

Must have some records as I know of 2 lapsed members who have recieved mail outs to entice them back. One was a member last year, the other hasn't been for at least two years.
