Deposited my $60 on Thursday 22nd Jan @ Westpac Glenorchy Tasmania, unable to use Saintbob as a reference so the number 121070 should appears next to the deposit.

By what date do all payments need to have been received,when does StKilda expect to see the sponsorship money.

Will the players that have been selected by Saintsational to receive sponsorship still be available by the time all the funds are raised....

Maybe we have until the start of the season...i'm interested how all this works.....

The Club desires the money as soon as possible but they also understand our scenario (lots of individual sponsors banding together).

Worst case scenario (for me) is that I will fund this if we need to pay before all the payments are received.

The 4 players selected by saintsational for sponsorship are 'locked in' already for us - immaterial of when we actually pay the monies over.

Is anybody else getting a bit concerned about the amount still to be paid?

It really wouldn't be fair for MM to have to pay for it out of his own pocket, even if he does get that money back down the track.

Would the club accept a "lay-by" kind of offer? We can give them the existing money... we're only short a small amount - I would think we've gt 75% or more of the money. Then, we pay a small amount each month - until we get to a stage where everyone has either paid up and we pay a lump sum. In a worst case scenario, we run another cycle to re-aution the unpaid shares.

No-one needs to be concerned about who has/hasn't paid yet.

IF there is a problem then we can worry about it.

I think you have the right to re-offer shares of any members still owing, whom haven't contacted you with an explanation, Mr M.

It's not fair for you to be holding the bag; and it gives others an opportunity to purchase more if they want..... (perhaps with the proviso of monies by a certain date)

At this point in time there are still approx 110 shares (22 members) unpaid for.

I have no issue with waiting a little longer.

It may well be that most of the posters who are still outstanding have simply forgotten and may need a reminder.

I know there is still 1 poster:-
DoristheSaint
who hasn't opened up the 'group pml'.

Given that there is a continuously updated list of group members in the OP that show who has paid, is there any objection to posting a list of the outstanding members?

How much more time do we have?

My thought is that if outstanding monies are not paid within 2-3 weeks from NOW, outstanding shares are re-offered.

I would like to see it all finalized sooner rather than later. I am prepared to purchase a couple more shares if they become available !!

I've not received a 'deadline' from the Club, but the reality is that there will be a 'pre-season' function (I'm assuming late March?) and we'll probably need to have our membership list finalized by end of February/early March to arrange a prize draw for the 4 sets of tickets to that function.

May I suggest that payments be IN by Fri 20/2. If not, that gives us a week or so to re-sell those shares !!
