I suppose Begley is a replacement for Dempster by the sounds of it.
Interesting. On the face of it a better pick than Carroll.
Overall sounds and looks like we have gone pretty well.
Heyne sounds like a promising pickup.
We now have five left footed mids.
The medallion club side of TD or whatever the eff it is called will be seeing a lot of Saints action next season

Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

Co-ordinated, big marking, courageous and can tackle and run.
FOr a big guy, got a bit of mongrel. More tackles on that package than Kingy has done in the whole season.
Looks an ok kick and ok below the ankles too. Nice!
Hird... The unflushable one is now... just a turd...

Also I have my doubts about Gwilt....so Begley is certainly an option down back.

I guess so, but weren't J Selwood and Rioli also risks?
No risk...no reward.
But I'll take Lynch, seems alright. Just wish I knew more about him.

Good draft overall, I think we could have done better with our first pick but overall not too bad. Heyne an absolute steal

Why? Have a look at the vision - seems a very likely type. Only issue is he as already done an ACL.TassieJones wrote:Lynch at 13

St Kilda has picked up 7 players including Farren Ray by trade.
Not one of them has had their 23 birthday.
The club said they wanted 6 youngsters they got 7.
They ignored all the mature player possibilities.

Alright guys, not a fan of Lynch. In the footage I've seen of him he had terrible (not just average) disposal and goal shooting. Courageous, good mark but more of a second round prospect in my opinion. Would have preferred Blease, Trengove or possibly Shoenmakers.
I'm not gonna write him off or anything of course, I realise our recruiters know better than me and I hope he tears it up for the Saints but I just think there were better available who suited our needs better.
p.s forgot to add no Carroll , No Cousin
