wouldn't think so.....
maybe saintscentral can have a membership question section
and maybe someone who is doing the 12mth plan idea can let us know if it's continuing or has re started.

Hi Oliver,
The production of all AFL DVD’s is handled by Visual Entertainment Group. They hold the license to footage and thus make the decisions about what is produced. At this stage we are still unclear whether either DVD will be produced at all. While we’d all love to see them made, sadly the final decision is out of our hands but we will certainly promote either title if and when they hit the marketplace.
Furthermore, I can confirm that the Club has been working hard to produce a special production of our own as a membership incentive. I can’t give you any more details now, but we will be launching it with our 2009 membership campaign very soon!
Go Saints!

must be getting closer-
and atleast -unlike Crows, Eagles and Freo supporters- YOU can get access to a game-
to date from 16 AFL clubs
8 clubs available- only since last week ( if you call paying $55 to get in line at the eagles and waiting 2 yrs at the crows available )
8 clubs still taking registrations
OF more interest to many will be the fact that
Prices for most melb clubs with memberships available-
11 game - $170 ( $165 essendon?) adult
with numerous variations from there-----

It's much easier to just type "Ben Cousins" than all that waffle!!!

We pay a lot for our memberships and I know when I was younger I used to love all of the little gimmicks that came with it but these days I just want results. Signing Ben Cousins would make us a better team on the field and that's all that matters.
Having said that, I do realise it's important that our younger supporters are looked after with the stickers, key rings and other crap.

Does the scarf and cap help boost numbers?
My gut thought is not initially, but the cap and scarf are awesome for branding, which is something severely lacking in past years.

5 prelims in 7 years. 40 wins from 49 games.
2009 and 2010 were 2 of the 5 best years ever by the St.Kilda FC.
Thanks for all your efforts Saints.

I'm on that "Roll-Over thingy" where you don't have to do anything. Your membership automatically rolls over from one year to the next (incl social club, reserved seats and AGE subscription).
Got a letter the other day explaining how to opt out of membership if I wish. Tore that letter up straight away !!

I approached the club yesterday about the complusory social club membership for level 2 reserve seat holders, and must say that whilst i got a response was disgusted with their attitude.
I have two seats on level 2 one for myself and one for my 5 year old son who has had a seat since two months old but does not yet go to games. I sit with a group of 15 friends so had to get my son a seat next to me or could not continue sitting with my mates. I am a social club memebrship but they are saying that i must by my 5 year old son a social club membership. I have told the club that this is morally and ethicaly wrong to firstly put new requirements upon existing seat holders and secondly to make kids join a social club to which they would receive little or no benefit. I suggested that adults only have this forced upon if they think they need to do it at all and suggested that it was not a good idea in the current econiomic circumstances.
I am in the fortunate position that i can afford to pay the extra money but i will not be forced into purchasing something i do not need for a 5 year old kid. After email transactions between the club and i , i decided to go to Moorabbin and speak to the membership department face to face. I put up the proposal of transferring my sons seat into my name as i was already a social club member that way the club would have me paying for two adult seats and not an adult and a junior seat. Was told no way and that all they will do is offer me a new seat on another level.
To me the club does not understand the fact that we go in groups of supporters and is not prepared to listen to it's supportwer base. I suggested to the memebrship department that it was quite ironinc that on it's letter sent to me that it says strength through loyalty and that perhaps the club might want to realise that it goes both ways.
The up shot of all this is that after 29 consecutive seasons of being a ST Kilda member and a reserve seat holder at Moorabbin and Docklands that i will not be renewing my memebrship for next year. Cannot believe the club values it loyal members so little and that i offered up alternative suggestions that would be financial beneficial to the club and was not given any consideration.
Would be keen to know if anyone else is as upset as me, i notice aussierulesok is suffering the same. The club told me that 40% of level 2 reserve seat holders are not social club members so the club would want to hope that it has gor the decision right.

and whilst you asking Archie
include a copy to archief@saints.com.au
given that you seem to have covered the bases with membership
whilst I can understand their thinking- it may be weight of numbers that will get a change or alteration from the ' one in all in ' ruling.
