Fevola or Cousins?

Post: # 670121Post markp »

Who would you be more concerned or excited about becoming a Saint?

Fev is 2 1/2 years younger, but he's also possibly the greatest tool (along with Carey) to ever play the game....

Brendan and Alex Fevola have blow up on Derby Day

Maybe Fev mistook his blow up doll, for Alex.

It's quite possible, I mean Alex and a blow up doll have alot in common, their both airheads!

Earlier, Fevola had made his party intentions clear.

The Blue boy was overheard telling friends he was on a "three-day bender" after attending a wedding in Echuca.

He said he planned to "get poleaxed".

At least there was no shortage of quality champagne at his disposal.
I don't know about anyone else on here, but been mid 20's and having a heap of mates @ the same age, I hear those exact phrases 50 times a week.

Why should it be printed if an AFL footballer says it?

Sometimes these Journo's show just how nerdy and boring their lives must be.

i'd welcome either or both with open arms. midfield dominance is vital but so is actually putting a score on the board.

that was one of the reasons i was extremely reluctant to make the call on gehrig. players who can present, lead, mark and convert are not easily found and the lack of a capable goal-kicking marking alternative to riewoldt in the forward line held us back in 2008.

a bloke like fev would slot straight in and kick between 80 and 120 for us imo.

he and riewoldt in tandem would encourage quick delivery into the forward line a la buddy and roughhead at hawthorn.

fev has a bit of growing up to do (cousins hopefully has learned his lesson), but let he who has not sinned cast the first stone etc.

fev is a bogan that has come good...at something

its not a matter of his wife being unnattractive to begin...its the matter of the way she dresses, the fake tan...the hunchback...the f'ed up face...

If there are any still around from a couple of decades ago, I'd say most of them.

Fevola is a clown and I wouldn't want him anywhere near our club. Same applies for his wife. That aside, that story was the greatest load of bulltish I have seen from that paper for a long time. Is an argument between a husband and wife really anyone's business, let alone news of the day?

If it is, me and the missus would have a permanent spot reserved on the front page.

Why are we so preoccupied with the minutae of persons thought to be somewhat famous?

Buddy AND Lance? That's a frightening thought for opposition backmen!

I'd be far less excited seeing the likes of Fev at the club. You can't fix stooopid!

When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!

Most footballers end up with Barbie Dolls because they are too immature to know what life is all about.

The AFL system gives adolescent boys an income that they don't know how to handle. Hence they attract females who are looking for fame and/or fortune.

I would rather have Ben than Fev, because Ben's problem is his own and can be resolved and I am not sure what Fev's problem is. Fev is a great goal kicker, but....

Do you really think we can fix Cousin's problems ?
When his own club has given up on him ?

After Fev's petulant display against us this (last?) year at the G when his own fans were booing him, I would never want him either.

west coast didnt so much give up on him as just turned their back on him when the media & police busted him..they are as guilty as him if not more so they created the mes that is Ben by turning a blindeye to so much that was happening years earlier, and they let him live in his bubble and made everything go away in the earlier years, when some tough love would have, could have made a huge difference - it was the worst kept secret, over here in perth and its been well documented now that as far back as when ken Judge was coach he made enquiries but nothing came of it....remember they sacked him on baseless facts and all charges were dropped but still WCE sacked him..he did far worse things as he was getting sick but WCE didnt mind that as it was not in the media...and he was a part of a potentially premiership winning midfield so WCE couldnt afford to stop him playing....Saints wont make the same mistake. RL is too strong a man to allow that to happen and anyway Cousins wont get any special favours now and he and the saints know that

Why is there even a question?

Cousins may become available in the draft (if the AFL agree).

Fevola is a Carlton player and won't be delisted, so we can't get him.

Then we'll have to wait for Fevola to be sacked next year
