Nothing too interesting...

Just got back from Thailand with the boys....but was in bed by midnight most nights
Hughesy was flogging the book to the masses....
Talked about over-training and being held back in recent years....
Doesn't like eating fruit and vegetables.....Danielle has to hide them with pasta etc.
Only mentioned the Blues at the very end....sarcastic comment after giving the book title....
No mention of tomorrows book signing...

That's about it.
