Facial Hair

With not much news about atm........lol,

I know players no longer have hair on their chest, legs or..um, nevermind anymore but if we're not going to be a strong intimidating team wth Hamill, Guerra, Black, Powell etc gone the least we can do is grow some facial hair to look kinda tough and mean!

(Not to be confused with courageous as we have many players in that mould, Roo, Ball, Hayes, Baker, Max etc)

It worked for the young dude with the massive beard for Manly.

Be great to see Maguire with a beard of some kind or Ball with a goatee, Goddard with a 5 day growth, Kosi with a mo etc.. thoughts??

i think they should... i know the Warriors in the NRL did it and it looked pretty tough

I can see us doing it, would be good to get 22 guys doing it, but i know the day spas' dudes will be too scared to lose some girls cause they wont look as hot OMG OMG OMG they're all so hot

I cannot see the guys like, Dal, Gram, Roo, Armo having any form of facial hair, they would rather spend their time applying hair products and using hair straightners

I think the last time one of our players tried to grow facial hair it turned into disaster and ridicule.

Can anyone else remember when mini "TRIED" to grow a mostache. It ended up looking like there was a cricket match going on under his nose ..... 11 each side !!

Mini looked like an '80s porn star, and as far as I know still thinks he is.

Most players these days are too metrosexual to deal with any body hair at all.

If there is any history of family baldness they immediately shave their head.
This always amazes me because they are so conscious of not being able to grow hair on their head, but remove all traces of body hair because apparently it is cure to look prepubescent.

It's an individual thing, and unless done en masse for a cause it just looks like a big collective wank, not a confronting tough image.

Some people look tough with it, others look pathetic.

BJ and Goose in particular IMO, would look like teenagers trying to grow some fluff to enable access to a bottle shop.
