Let's get him & give the Swans stuff all.
We got Glenn Nugent (11 games)
Robert Neil (26 games)
And draft picks for perhaps the greatest Saint ever - Plugger..

I'd think the three leaders for him would be St Kilda (with Ross), Collingwood (as always) and Western Bulldogs (childhood team and in need of a forward).

Statistically this was his second best year out of his 9 years.

Last year was his third best with his best being 06.

Stats wise he was also third best for Swans this year.

Apparently (according to sports tonight 3aw) Carlton are very keen.
How they can look at any or all of 300 players in the league and fit it in under the cap has me beat ?

I'd prefer we just go for draft picks. And trade for extra draft picks.
The Hawks have proved this.

Let's build a club even if it takes years of pain.
We've had a boatload of them already.

don't think we should consider trading Goose. Give him a chance to come back. Could still be a great player for us.

He is a sydney player.....so Ross will probably give up any number of our guns for him....

He is 28yo..
He does not kick a lot of goals...
He is overrated....

When Schneider came, everyone went you beauty.......thinking we had a gun FP....he had 99 goals from 100+ games

This year everyone was disappointed when he statistically had his best season....1.5 goals/15possesions

funny how we overrate opposition players....maybe because we only see them against us...no doubt schneider's overrating came from kicking three against us in a final....not his many disappointing games that saw him delisted...

A good, solid player, but.......

if he was 24 y.o I'd say most definately, let's chase him hard, BUT he is 28y.o and we need to be adding young midfielders to our list.
