Re: The Shopping List
He's been delisted so if he is worth a go he will go dirt cheap, doubt anyone will take him, including us, from what I've seen he is ok at VFL level but struggles in the big league...SaintBot wrote: Collingwood:

Another few who might be worth a look at...
McPhee (Essendon)
Rusling (Collingwood)
Warnock (Fremantle)
Sylvia (Melbourne)
A player that we must look at trading is Koschitzke, I know he is a fan favourite but his output is nothing compared to his hype.
The way I see it he is a C-Grade forward and a C-Grade ruckman and I don't think he will ever improve.
If we could somehow get a first round pick for him that would be perfect, perhaps Kosi, L.Fisher and 3rd round pick for Sydney's 1st and 4th picks....
If we secure that deal we could have the potential to trade for a player who would be a better forward than Kosi (Campbell) and a player who would be a better ruckman (Seaby, Warnock), it would be a hard trade to make but we aren't getting anywhere playing favourites.

Hasn't Warnock already nominated Carlton as his club of choice for next season?Armoooo wrote:Another few who might be worth a look at...

"Lovett would be brilliant"
Quoting the fellow sainter above who made this prediction i think he could do well under Rossi.
Rossi comes across as very player focused and i wouldn't be surprised to see some players like what they see in the coaches box @ Moorabbin. I know they can't control everything but another Luke Penny (without the injuries) may well respond favourably o St. Kilda's latest coach.
I wouldn't be surprised if Cousins sought redemption at St. K.
As Kramer once said we can 'provide the structure he needs to keep him on the straight and narrow'.
G O S A I N T S JUST DO IT !

The boy can play and we can build a defence around him that will have respect.

We already have enough forwards who are inaccurate.
Plus i don't think we have enough room for a 3rd fisher

Totally wrong Armo.....I'm surprised we delisted him. No doubt had trade value. Looked sloppy and lazy at VFL level. Only saw his upside at AFL level. A knee injury last year didn't help his cause but could be one to watch. Is worth the risk with a late pick.Armoooo wrote:He's been delisted so if he is worth a go he will go dirt cheap, doubt anyone will take him, including us, from what I've seen he is ok at VFL level but struggles in the big league...SaintBot wrote: Collingwood:

Yes but Freo are in the driver's seat and they are the one's with the power, if Warnock is that desperate to go back to Melbourne he will either go to Melbourne in the PSD or he will go to the club who is willing to deal with Fremantle, and I for one hope that is us...ralphysaints35 wrote:Yes he hasTrue Blue Sainter wrote:Hasn't Warnock already nominated Carlton as his club of choice for next season?Armoooo wrote:Another few who might be worth a look at...

Re: The Shopping List
Fair enough then, I should have made it clear that I have seen very very little of him, and the one of the few times I did see him in VFL he dominated before going off injured.johnpeterbudgefanclub wrote:Totally wrong Armo.....I'm surprised we delisted him. Just to fix up the original shopping list post, as you made a mistake:
see amendments below:
Alan Didak – Pro: Midfield forward, massive talent, top 5 player – Cons: Twat!
