Some on here think that the amount Kosi is paid has no bearing on whether he is performing well enough or not.
Personally, I think it has a lot to do with it.
What are the up and coming kids on the list to think if they see one of the highest paid players on the list doing SFA?
Kosi was a captain of this club and performed admirably in the position.
Today he is not living up to his potential or the standard expected of someone of his experience.
I really feel it would be better for Justin and the St Kilda Football Club to part ways at the end of the season.
Hopefully we can go on and win the big one.

I call Kosi lazy because that's what I see at training.
I'm a great believer in you play as you train, and the fact is Kosi is a very lazy trainer.
He rarely runs full pace (forget injuries, he's not injured).
Is half hearted in attempts to pick the ball up.
Sprays shots at goal all over the place, through lack of effort and lack of concentration.
It's not all his fault.
The coaches have a lot to answer for, for allowing him to get away with it.
been to training a couple of times...didn't notice that....but then according to you ..i know sfa about footy.....you.might mention to ross that you think that it is all his fault though..next time you attend......don't suppose he will get greatly upset.......unless you are leigh matthews ...or someone of equivalent stature......then i'm sure that he will smarten himself...and kossi up....quick smart......

I'm going to give my opinion on being critical of players performances. We have a right to an opinion. When we're being all defensive about criticism to our sacred Superstars lets not forget one thing.
Without us supporters THERE ARE NO PLAYERS. No club no nothing for that matter. 44 years I've been paying and contributing memberships amongst other things to this club.
Standing out in the wind and rain from Moorabbin to Kadinia Park week in week out suffering massive losses and heart ache while kids like kosi were sitting around me with their fathers cheering for the opposition.
I've been bleeding for this club long before any of these guys were around and will be still bleeding for it long after some go to other clubs and onto wherever else they end up in the future.
We may not be glamorous players or coaches but don't ever forget the importance we have to the club and without us they're nowhere.
So as far as I'm concerned Kosi, Hayes, Roo or whoever can piss off somewhere else if they're not contributing to gain this club a flag.
I'm getting too old and starting to worry that times going to run out for me. I don't have another 42 years to wait.

As for the topic at hand, Kosi. I worry for the chap. He has this big heavy Mr T necklace around his neck with the gold lettering POTENTIAL. Big reputation to fill.
I think he'd be the first to admit he's not living up to even 50% of his talent.
I really hope win or lose that this week, Kosi stands up to be counted.

been there done that myself......for nearly sixty years......so i an appreciate your sentiments.....and i have even less time than you to waste..but who says that these guys have given up on getting us a flag

I'm not saying that they've given up I'm just making the point about the offence and right to opinion of critisism for lack of performance.

ross came out and said recently that kosi's best position is ruck/forward and i believe it is just a matter of time and confidence for him to return to good form.

Just hasnt done enough this year and the time is now to step up, I wont bag him because I love the bloke BUT time and time again he has let this side down with inconsistent performances that WILL cost us yet again this weekend if he doesnt get the best out of himself.

We are talking about finals here where blokes reputations are won and lost, and for all the good games he has played over the years it will mean F*** ALL if he does not perform this weekend and he WILL be looked at IMO come seasons end.

If Kosi was consistently delivering on the field threads questioning his value wouldn't be on here.

you're wide of the mark there SP. Plenty of people are questioning Kosi and rightly so until he proves otherwise.
And Stinger's been defending Kosi in his charming, polite and erudite fashion, not bagging him.
That's amazing I don't know how to take that. Do I say "If this is his best year his others must have been disgraceful" or "Obviously my eyes have deceived me and he's been very Impressive and having a Stella season".
Coming up with this doesn't add any credibility it only now opens up some questions If this is his best year.
