I liked the one Footy classified used to
they took the last 8-10 games of the season and created a ladder and the Saints were second to geelong

I cant believe we have won 8 of the last 11 games only second to geelong!! It's been an amazing run home!

Loved how the scoreboard had the nous to put the live ladder after every score in the last 20 mins..was truly the only interest in the game

silly commentators were saying the players didnt know and that they should/will keep attacking until a runner is out.

I heard a guy ring up SEN this morning claiming that in the last 10 games we have, n average, only allowed the opposition to kick 4.47 goals in the second half of our games.

I would think that would be the best effort defensively of all teams?

Yes it would be close or if not better than the cats and it certainly would be better than the Jackers. What happened yesterday? Thought they were our only danger.

Didn't turn up to play!
Unfortunately Oakleigh did.
Good luck in B-Grade - who's going to play on Harves? :)

We may do what North did with GA and let him run free. Not sure we have match ups for Browny, Voss or Loewe either. Then again we are after some good names next season.

You'll have to offer scholarships to Ormond Primary to get anybody good.

Surely Matty Robbins woiuld have to have a 'crack' at him?

We do but doesnt seem to have the pulling power of Hailebury. Robbo is a forward now. Doesnt like moving to far from goals. If we could just have Ritterman for a season that would be good.

We could send you the Father if you like?
How far back do you go with teh monders? Do you go back to Robbins' junior days? If so, whatever happened to an Italina kid named Luigi? he was a fantastic player as a kid, and I never heard of him again after he finished playing juniors?

Dont know him. Havent had any really involvement with the juniors except watching my mates kids. I did coach the under 15s about 20 years ago. Is his father Henry or Michael.

Michael is his father. Henry's boy doesn't play footy - just golf!

20 years ago is when I first got involved with the Juniors. We had many wonderful games against Ormond Blues, especially in Robbins' age group.

wow, this thread changed direction.
was at the ajax game before heading to the dome and no, they didnt turn up to play. jeremy dukes showing up late due to a wedding didn't help them.

back to the topic.. our second half of the year has been fantastic. first grinding out wins we needed, now winding up and finishing off teams with ease.
look out cats!!! (we can have hope)
