But well done to Rama, Pev and JJ on your careers for Essendon.

Mal Michael wasn't really an Essendon player...

Was good to see Saints players, officials and supporters acknowledge those players on their lap around the ground. Well done!! :)

Did Roo make a special effort to shake Michael's hand before he went off?

Some mugs near me booed Robert Harvey. We should not descend to their level. Because we beat them by:

They've always been dead set f#$ wits.

The behaviour of some Essendon supporters tonight prove that they are just as bad as the filth....only employed.

Yeah, I encountered some booing Harves and calling him every name in the book. But, if they like to behave like bufoons, so be it

For the record, what was the attendance for the game?

We were out numbered by supporters of a team that were preparing to unleash the mothballs. Annoying.

But how sweet it was when the that final siren sounded showing the red and blacks that oh so picturesque scoreboard and then revealing the ladder :D

46,000 i think.

Essendon fans are an abomination. Always have been.

The above comment is correct, as bad as collingwood supporters except employed.

Not all Bomber supporters are disrespectful!

Thanks to those Saints supporters who did acknowledge the Essendon retirees.

I caught some footage of a Bombers fan when one of our players missed, he decided he'd give him the ol' one finger salute

They've actually moved a long way ahead of Pies and Carlton for mine.

I think some were cheering us on lol. I mean s***, if youre gonna lose by 12 goals, you may as well lose by 15!

Apparently Michael actually sought Roo out and gave him a hug as soon as the game was over. I didn't actually see it, but that's what I was told. Did anyone catch it?

Sure it wasn't Lovett-Murray? He was the one that fell on him in a marking contest.

I had another look at the guard of honor. I reckon Riewoldt gave Michael a friendly punch on the shoulder as he walked off.
