With a chance of grabbing 4th spot, why risk it?

that sort of arrogance has gotton us in trouble many times......we haven't played, let alone won yet.......try not to get too far ahead....and definitely DO NOT flirt with form

The only player who looks like they would really need a week off is Kosi, and that has as much to do with form as it does with injury. He is playing sore, and i think this week would be a good chance to give McEvoy another crack, despite Big Mac's apparent lack of form at Casey.

Big Mac played pretty well this week in the twos.

I think it could be an interesting duel with King and McEvoy up against Bellchambers and Ryder.

I don'y see it as arrogance if Kosi could use a week to rest his knee or Milne takes a week to allow his cheek some healing time.

Especially if we can get another game into McEvoy and a game into Steven. Hell, we can even play Fraser and give Mal Michael a true send off by allowing him to play on the gorilla of all gorillas.

It's arrogance if we rest Hayes, Roo or Dal who are all apparently fit.

And hopefully we as football SUPPORTERS should at least appreciate this retiring trio. OK Some people on here don't like Mal Michael for reasons we all know but between them they have snagged 5 premierships.

And don't forget Ramanauskas's battles with cancer. Would have to be one of THE success and feel good stories in the last 5 years.

the only "Resting" i would think is they might give bally another week to get better . as for kosi finding form i dont think he will getanythng extra in the scorps he couldnt get in saints except maybe the embarassment of being dropped .

no way Jose
We can importantly advance up the ladder... 4th or 5th even or at least avoid an interstate final

Every year in rounds 21- 22 I get brought undone in the tipping by bottom sides rolling top ones...it happens repeatedly

Often its a case of many blokes down the list in lower sides thinking they are playing for their future, against what I recon can be a little thought in back of their opponents mind ...finals next week I gotta be fit and well
It doesn't take much these days to tip the balance, and upsets are rife

The way the modern game is with all the trades and imports running around , many are playing more for number one than the jumper IMHO, and conversely when the acid is on in R22 and its "your turn" to go, why would you risk not playing finals next week

L Hayes is the one you might look at,doesnt seem to be moving at 100%,those hammies maybe need a lighter week before finals, but overall keep as close to your winning team as possible
