The whole list was there other than Goose, Attard and Chivers (who I believe is training with Scorps these days).
I must say they were a rather jovial lot, for a team that has played crap football for the past three weeks.
Bakes right leg was heavily strapped again. I doubt we will see him this year.
X gave me a fright. He went in with the doctor, looking rather forlorn. I was pleased to see him come back out with his elbow strapped (thought it might have been his hammy again).
Kosi looked shyte. The bloke doesn't even try at training. He dropped a couple of easy marks, missed easy goals and missed short passes to teammates. This was during a rather hectic session of simulated match practice. I believe you play as you train and Kosi is the personification of that. He is lazy, doesn't care or both.
Dal does look skinnier and I heard a rumour that it may be more than tonsilitis. CFS was mentioned.
Good to see Ross turn up this week. He must have been busy last week.
Will we win this week? On my observations of training all year, I have no idea. They are an enigma. You never know what team will turn up on gameday.
The fact that it is in Perth would lead me to say get ready for another defeat.
Are we playing for more this week, than the past 3 weeks?
Do they really care?
I don't think we have enough players who think they are playing for their careers. They are in a comfort zone knowing that they are either contracted or that we can't turnover more than about 5 players and at least 2, maybe 3 or 4 will retire.
Well, I hope I'm wrong.
Go SAINTERS!

Glad to hear Ross had a baby boy about 10 days ago. I didn't know that.
Still doesn't explain why he was not at an advertised open training session last Wednesday.
Maybe his mind has been elsewhere for the past 3 weeks. That would explain the lack of a game plan and any team structure.
Hope the kid makes it to play for Fitzroy.

So Bernard..no "Fiora will definately NOT play" calls on players this week eh? Went on to play his best game for the Saints after that ..you did well
Oh..except for Dal potentially having CFS and Kosi not giving a stuff..
Hopefully your track record on these calls will mean Dal has 35 touches and Kosi kicks 8

but what has two years of shunning the fans done Ross?
freakin' nothing!
ooh, the strategies, forgot about them...masterstrokes in the forward line...
ever thought about giving a little something back to the people who have supported the club for decades and who put up with the rubbish this club serves up at times???

Well I was...I was at the one on Saturday nightBernard Shakey wrote:Did Fiora play his best game for the Saints last Sunday?
I must have been at a different game.
But yes your point is a vailid one....if he was carryinga bit of an injury that may have restricted him.
If so I must say this is a bit of a concern in us going into such an important game witha proppy Fiora and an ill Dal.
Flying the World in comfort thanks to FF Points....

Hello...reality check. Not only fans watch training. Whats the point in giving away the fact we don't have any game plans to spies from other clubs?spiral2 wrote:glad you can see the funny sideTeflon wrote:Im not convinced these open sessions are designed to show much......they save the "winged keel" for match days...
